Here are a couple of paint color charts I've gathered from the Internet. There are other brands out there, but these are the most commonly available ones in my neck of the woods.

The charts themselves have been converted to PDF. However, due to compression and the nature of how colors are rendered on the Internet, the colors are 'off' from what you will see after the colors have been applied.

Gunze Sangyo Aqueous (Acrylic)
From Japan, these are acrylic-based paints. Claimed to be water-soluble. However, they produce a thinner for these paints although Isophropynol Alcohol works fine too. Being acrylic-based though, they chip easily, even when dry.

Gunze Sangyo Mr. Color (Lacquer)
From Japan, these are lacquer-based paints. Thinned using Mr. Thinner. Dries tough and has a color depth that the Gunze Aqueous can't replicate. However, these are also the most toxic of the paint types.

Model Master Enamels (Enamel)
From the USA, these are enamel-based paints. Good for brush work. Requires specialized enamel thinner. Lots of colors especially for US subjects.

Tamiya Paints (Enamel and Acrylic)
From Japan, the two lines have the same color range, but different chemical makeup. Enamel has its own thinner from Tamiya. So does the acrylic range, although Windex and water works. Windex works better though. The acrylic range is by far the most common in Singapore since even department stores carry them.

Vallejo Model Air (Acrylic)
From Spain, these are acrylic-based paints. You can use these straight from the bottle into your airbrush. No need to thin. I do however, thin it slightly with Windex before use. Like Gunze Aqueous, the paint chips easily but it's very easy to use.

Vallejo Model Color (Acrylic)
From Spain, these are acrylic-based paints. Same as above, although these are meant for brush painting. You have to thin it more than Model Air to airbrush. These are very good for airbrushing.
